Responsibilities
- Act as liaison among different local authority departments for submission and obtaining NOCs and building permits
- Coordinate with all local authority departments, technical departments, Planning, and infrastructure
- Prepare procedures and reports in the required manner
- Implement regulations relevant to NOCs and approvals
- Review and check design drawings and follow up
- Perform standards and confirm compatibility with professional standards of designs in UAE
- Conduct procedures and flow charts relevant to permit submissions
- Provide comprehensive databases for NOCs, approvals, installations and update them
- Prepare list of data required for the project
- Review project brief and put standards of approvals requirements
- Solve and handle comments, provide technical opinion and advice
- Attend meetings with Authorities, site visits, inspections as assigned
Requirements
- Engineering/Architectural Degree
- Experience in dealing with Authorities regarding submittals and NOC process
- Fully aware of related UAE Regulations & Code
- Very good computer skills (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D, Photoshop, Microsoft Office)

Role Responsibilities
- Authority Liaison, which is a liaison center among the different local authority’s departments, who work on submission and obtaining the NOC's and building permits from the concerned departments inside and outside the office, and coordinating with all local authority’s departments, technical departm
- Implementing all regulations approved that are relevant to the NOC's and approvals, reviewing and checking on design drawings in the office and follow up it, along with performing the standards, and confirming the compatibility of such standards with the professional standards of designs, those that
- Conducting procedures and flow chart relevant to the permit’s submissions, spreading and circulating their contents to the concerned departments
- Providing all procedures, regulations, technical and applications forms, in addition to spreading awareness and culture of building the community
- Announcement of circulars, regulations, seminars, educational programs for employees, designers and those benefiting from the Department's services for upgrading the technical level in cooperation with the concerned departments
- Providing comprehensive databases for the NOC's, approvals, installations and their statuses, and updating the same directly on the spot
- Enforcing all systems and criterions, development and improving the work in the Department
- Preparing the list of data required for the project
- Project program strategy follow up
- Review the project brief and put standards of approvals requirements
- Reviewing design drawings, Preparing the NOC's requirements and submissions applications.
- Solving and handling comments, providing the technical opinion and advice as per our experiences
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering/Architectural Degree/ Authority Liaison
- Computers (AutoCAD, Rivet, 3D, Photoshop, Microsoft office) to be very good
- Experience in dealing with Authorities regarding submittals and NOC process.
- Fully aware of related UAE Regulations & Code.
