Layering onto our successful direct-to-consumer training, Stepful partners with leading healthcare institutions to address the growing national shortage of healthcare workers. We are seeking a motivated Senior Learning Program Manager to oversee the curriculum development and content delivery of our programs as we continue to grow! As a Senior Learning Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful learning outcomes for our students.

This hybrid role (T/W/Th in our lower Manhattan office) reports into our Head of Learning.
