Job purpose
Own build readiness, testing orchestration, and controlled handover for assigned corporate and asset IT Security programs.
Coordinate with the Design team, enforce delivery gates, close defects, and produce audit-ready validation packs.
Core responsibilities
- Operate exit-gate governance and verify access, certificates, backups, and rollback prerequisites.
- Supervise Go/No-Go forums and document risks, exceptions, and compensating controls with Cybersecurity sign-off.
- Maintain change calendars aligned to asset windows and blackout periods.
- Supervise end-to-end functional, negative, resilience, and integration test plans.
- Manage defect triage, RAID logs, fix SLAs, retesting, blockers, and residual release risk.
- Compile versioned validation packs with plans, results, evidence, traceability matrices, and approvals.
- Validate runbooks, monitoring, alerting, L1/L2 training, operational SLOs, and disaster recovery artifacts.
- Confirm SIEM/SOAR mappings and case workflows before go-live.
- Facilitate cutover rehearsals and publish communications plans, RACI assignments, and hypercare schedules.
- Track change success rates and update checklists accordingly.
