Responsibilities
- Provide specialized legal advice to senior management on contractual, organizational, and legal issues related to construction projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts including contractor agreements, consultancy agreements, joint venture agreements, and supplier contracts
- Advise on contractual terms, obligations, and compliance, and develop dispute resolution strategies
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations in all legal documents and transactions
- Manage and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and variations with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Provide legal advice on labor law issues including employment contracts and labor disputes
- Review and assess insurance documents and guarantees, and develop risk management strategies
- Monitor changes in Saudi laws and regulations affecting the construction industry
- Communicate with external legal consultants, government entities, and regulatory bodies
- Support project teams and commercial departments in preparing proposals and managing contracts
