Role Description
The Senior Landscape, Irrigation & Municipal Projects Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
This position involves overseeing and managing comprehensive landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, gardening, and municipal projects.
The supervisor will lead project planning, resource allocation, and provide technical guidance to ensure project success, quality, and sustainability.
This role includes working closely with teams to design, implement, and maintain landscapes while meeting client expectations and maintaining environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Landscape Maintenance and Gardening
- Proficiency in Irrigation Systems and their operation, maintenance, and retrofitting
- Expertise in Landscape Design and overall Landscaping projects
- Ability to manage teams and lead large-scale municipal or commercial projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally friendly landscaping practices
- Relevant certifications or formal training in landscaping, irrigation, or a related field
- Previous supervisory or management experience in similar roles
- Familiarity with local climate, soil, and plant species in the Gulf region is an advantage
