Role Overview

  • As an IT Support member at Multibank Group, you will ensure smooth operation of IT systems and provide technical assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as 1st and 2nd line technical support for local and global end users
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and IT equipment
  • Set up and configure new IT equipment for employees and assist with onboarding/offboarding
  • Manage Office 365 user accounts (create, disable, configure distribution lists, shared mailboxes, security groups)
  • Handle daily IT support tickets through JIRA ITSM
  • Troubleshoot basic network problems (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi Fi)
  • Support Entra ID and Intune tasks
  • Participate in IT projects (device enrollments, system upgrades, network enhancements)
  • Maintain and update IT inventory
  • Prepare purchase request forms for technical equipment and software
  • Provide guidance on IT best practices and security awareness
  • Collaborate with IT team to implement and improve IT policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years in Support Engineering within a corporate environment
  • Proven experience in L1 and L2 technical support
  • Understanding networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID
  • Experience using IT ticketing systems and familiarity with ITIL workflows
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Ability to follow structured workflows and SLAs within ITSM environments
  • Experience with ITIL practices and incident management
  • Experience utilizing Jira or other ITSM ticketing systems
  • Experience using remote access tools
  • Understanding of patch management
  • Familiarity with backup/restore tools
  • Knowledge of API integrations, SSO, automation workflows, and SaaS management
