- Design and produce a diverse range of graphic assets including social media graphics, website banners, print materials, digital ads, infographics, and branding collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual solutions
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines
- Create visually appealing layouts and compositions incorporating typography, imagery, and color theory
- Manipulate and retouch images to improve quality and visual impact
- Prepare print ready and web ready files for various printing processes and digital platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in Fintech or Financial Services
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition

Job Overview
- As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in translating creative concepts into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a diverse range of graphic assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, print materials, digital ads, infographics, and branding collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate key messages and align with our brand identity and objectives
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all touchpoints, including digital and print materials, by adhering to brand guidelines and standards
- Create visually appealing layouts and compositions, incorporating typography, imagery, and colour theory to enhance readability and aesthetic appeal
- Manipulate and retouch images to improve quality, consistency, and visual impact
- Prepare print ready and web ready files, including specifications for various printing processes and digital platforms
- Work closely with cross functional teams to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Keep abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proven experience (3 years) in graphic design, preferably in a Fintech, or Financial Services sectors
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition
- Excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects across various mediums and platforms
