Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor and maintain servers, storage, backup systems, and network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within agreed response times.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, access control, biometric, and time attendance systems when required.
• Perform system updates, patches, antivirus management, and security compliance checks.
• Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and system restoration procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and technical support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.

• Windows Server administration.
• Active Directory & Group Policy.
• Microsoft 365 Administration.
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
• Firewall configuration (Fortinet, Sophos, MikroTik, Cisco, etc.).
• Backup and recovery solutions.
• CCTV, Access Control, and ELV systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and customer service skills.
