Vostok Trading LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive ERP solutions sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation ski
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, customer visits, and market research
- Understand customer business processes and identify ERP solution requirements
- Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for potential clients
- Analyze customer needs and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable ERP solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients
- Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into successful sales
- Develop long-term customer relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
- Strong customer relationship management skills
