Senior Business Development Executive – ERP Solutions

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, customer visits, and market research.
• Understand customer business processes and identify ERP solution requirements.
• Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for potential clients.
• Analyze customer needs and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable ERP solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
• Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and customer records.
• Monitor ERP market trends, competitor solutions, and customer requirements.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
