- Administer VPNs, Wi Fi, cybersecurity controls, backups, and disaster recovery solutions
- Oversee IT assets, hardware procurement, system upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure efficient helpdesk operations
- Lead IT projects, vendor coordination, budgeting, and technology improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (preferred)
- Strong experience in infrastructure, networking and system administration
- Knowledge of cyber security, cloud and enterprise systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and user support
- Ability to manage vendors and IT projects
- Good communication and problem solving skills
