Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage global IT infrastructure to ensure reliable performance and scalability across multiple regions, data centres, and remote offices.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Administer Windows OS, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, VPNs, and networking solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus systems, and encryption protocols.
- Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Manage the full IT asset lifecycle: procurement, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain IT documentation including SOPs, system architecture, configurations, and incident reports.
- Provide user support and training on new technologies and tools.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive automation, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with SAP, particularly integrating SAP with other software systems
- Experience in global IT infrastructure management
- Advanced technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of IT security policies and compliance
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- IT asset lifecycle management experience
- Vendor coordination and contract negotiation skills

Job Overview

- Provide hands on troubleshooting and resolution for high level IT problems affecting global users.

- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Oversee system backups, data recovery, and conduct disaster recovery drills.
- Manage the full IT asset lifecycle: procurement, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ensure proper licensing, inventory control, and cost optimization.
