Halian is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer in Dubai, UAE.
The role requires at least 6 years of experience and has a stated duration of 6 months, extendable.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 to 8 years of end-user support experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization technologies is required.
- Experience managing enterprise security solutions, firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms is required.
- Candidates must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a car.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT Service Management frameworks is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, ITIL, CCNA, or similar are preferred.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or real estate would be highly beneficial.
