- Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment recommendations
- Lead commercial, financial, and operational due diligence processes alongside external advisors
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior leadership
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic support and identifying value creation opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with founders, management teams, investors, and industry stakeholders
- Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and emerging investment opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, family office, or institutional investment environments
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills
- Experience conducting investment due diligence and executing transactions
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- MBA, Master's degree, or CFA qualification is advantageous

Qualifications & Experience
