Junior Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across multiple business units
• Help manage schedules, candidate databases, and project tracking tools
• Work with recruitment consultants to update candidate and client information
• Support process improvement by streamlining workflows and documentation
• Assist with event operations and partnership deliverables as needed
• Research market trends, companies, and talent in the Web3 and blockchain sector
• Provide ad hoc support to the leadership team and global offices

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
• Solid exposure to social media management and blogging; interest in AI tools is highly beneficial
• Outgoing and confident communicator, comfortable attending conferences and side events, starting conversations, and building meaningful industry relationships on the company's behalf
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Sheets
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in blockchain, Web3, AI, or other emerging technologies is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in operations, administration, or internship roles is beneficial but not essential
