- Support daily operational and administrative tasks across different business units
- Assist in managing schedules, candidate databases, and project tracking tools

- Contribute to process improvement by helping streamline workflows and documentation
- Assist in event operations and partnership deliverables where required
- Research market trends, companies, and talent within the Web3/blockchain sector
- Provide ad hoc support to the leadership team and global offices
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field
- Impressive exposure to social media (management) and blogging; interest in AI tools highly advantageous
- Highly extroverted and confident communicator, comfortable attending conferences and building industry connections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
- Genuine interest in blockchain, Web3, AI or emerging technologies is a big plus

Overview
- BlockDelta is a global consultancy specialising in Talent Solutions and Strategic Growth Services across the Web3, Blockchain, iGaming, and AI sectors. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant / Intern to assist with recruitment, support business operations, and help organise events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks across different business units.

Requirements
