Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team with experienced Senior Investment Advisors for its Dubai operation.
The role supports growth in Dubai’s competitive property market through real estate sales, client management, and investment advisory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai or UAE real estate or luxury sales.
- Strong experience in off-plan and/or secondary-market real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong investment advisory and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and convert qualified leads.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities in Dubai’s property market.
- Acquire clients and manage qualified leads through conversion.
- Sell off-plan and secondary-market property opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Manage client relationships throughout the advisory and sales process.
- Communicate and negotiate with prospective property investors.
