Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and hiring experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants.
The role focuses on Dubai off-plan real estate, fresh leads, and investment-focused clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Dubai/UAE real estate or property-sales experience is required.
- Candidates must have proven off-plan property sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai developers and new property launches is required.
- Candidates need a proven sales track record and experience with fresh leads and investor clients.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, communication, negotiation, client acquisition, and conversion skills is required.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must be based in Dubai and have proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience.
Benefits and Compensation
- The position offers a 50%–60% commission structure.

Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan properties in the Dubai real estate market.
- Work with fresh leads and investment-focused clients.
- Acquire and convert prospective property clients.
- Advise clients on Dubai developers and new property launches.
- Communicate and negotiate with buyers and investor clients.
- Manage sales activity independently and collaboratively with the team.
