Design Environment
- The role provides creative freedom supported by leadership and client trust.
- Design software, mood board libraries, and supplier networks are available to support project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings for premium real estate properties.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and real estate agents to align design vision and execution.
- Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max to develop detailed mood boards, material samples, and 3D visuals.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Oversee execution to support timely and high-quality delivery.
- Stay current with trends in luxury interiors, materials, and sustainable design.
Requirements
- Ability to design interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings for premium real estate properties.
- Ability to develop mood boards, material samples, and 3D visuals using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max.
- Knowledge of luxury interior trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
