Senior Interior Designer role focused on luxury residential villas and complete turnkey interior projects.

Lead projects from initial client brief and concept development through detailed design, execution, installation, styling, and final handover.

The role covers aesthetics, functionality, quality, budget, technical design, FF&E, and client-facing guidance.

Develop design visions, concepts, styles, interior identities, mood boards, material palettes, detailed designs, and 3D visualizations.
Create cohesive interiors covering space planning, finishes, lighting, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, joinery, furniture, fabrics, artwork, accessories, and decorative elements.
Lead FF&E, furniture selection, custom furniture direction, product specification, styling, and final interior presentation.
Source and recommend materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, accessories, and products according to design direction and budget.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, site teams, quantity surveyors, procurement teams, suppliers, manufacturers, and installers.
Review drawings, samples, mock-ups, finishes, furniture, and materials, and conduct site visits during execution and installation.
Resolve design and site challenges while maintaining the approved concept and quality through completion.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in luxury residential villas, high-end interior design, interior fit-out, or turnkey residential projects.
Experience managing the complete lifecycle from concept through execution, furniture, styling, and handover.
Strong experience in FF&E, furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, accessories, custom furniture, and product specification.
Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, concept storytelling, creativity, aesthetic judgment, technical understanding, and attention to detail.
Portfolio demonstrating completed luxury villas and high-end residential projects with interior design and furniture or FF&E.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and rendering engines such as V-Ray, Enscape, or similar tools.
GCC or Qatar experience is advantageous.

Maintain knowledge of new materials, international design trends, luxury brands, innovative products, and emerging interior technologies.
Understand interior materials, finishes, lighting, joinery, furniture, fabrics, accessories, and complete residential environments.
Manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
