About the Role

Responsibilities
- Liaise, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and brokers
- Evaluate insurance proposals, quotations, policy terms, conditions, and exclusions
- Coordinate, follow up, and deal with all health insurance claims and processes
- Handle the Health Insurance of our companies
- Conduct insurance market reviews and benchmark coverage options
- Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, claims management, and insurance documentation
- Identify and assess business risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Prepare insurance reports, analyses, and recommendations for management and the Insurance Committee
- Ensure compliance with corporate insurance requirements and maintain accurate insurance records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or insurance brokerage
- Strong understanding of property, liability, engineering, medical, motor, and other commercial insurance products
- Good knowledge of health insurance
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
