- Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in person interactions.
- Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection.
- Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow up communication.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross selling and up selling products.
- Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day to day operations as needed.
Requirements
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP.
- 3+ years of industry experience (bonus).
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Master time manager, able to prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.

Job Overview

Expected Compensation
- The expected hiring range for this role is CAD 26.60 to CAD 33.25 based on a 35 hour work week.
- Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
