- Experience with Urban Design and Infrastructure projects within Smart City Framework
- Experience in conceptualization and execution of economic development projects with Smart City concepts
- Engineering Degree from an accredited institution
- Master's Degree in information technology, urban/city planning, economics, government, business administration, systems engineering, sustainable development, or related careers

Education
- Engineering Degree from an accredited institution.
- Master’s Degree in information technology, urban/city planning, economics, government, business administration, systems engineering, sustainable development, or related careers.
Experience
- Min. 15 years’ Experience in the development and implementation of Smart City technologies/ Projects.
- Must have worked in key management /leadership roles.
- Five plus years of recent experience providing guidance for Smart City transformations (public sector preferred).
- Experience in Middle East or Developed countries (European countries) – Mandatory
- Experience in developing strategies with multidisciplinary groups
- Experience with Urban Design and Infrastructure projects within the Smart City Framework
- Experience in Conceptualization and execution of economic development projects with Smart City concepts.
