The organization relies on a stable, secure, and well-managed technology environment to support operations across the GCC.
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will own regional infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user computing while working with global IT, local stakeholders, and vendors.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain core infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, enterprise networking, monitoring, documentation, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, assist the helpdesk, and provide technical assistance to employees at all levels.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot end-user devices and meeting room technologies, and resolve complex issues with global IT.
- Lead local infrastructure projects and regional technology initiatives.
- Automate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and introduce AI-enabled tools, Microsoft Copilot, and automation platforms.
- Support vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, documentation, compliance, and security awareness activities.
- Build relationships with employees, department heads, global IT, and external vendors while coordinating implementations and communicating clearly.

- Hands-on capability across regional infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user computing.
- Ability to provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and resolve complex employee technology issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, employees, global IT teams, and external vendors.
