Responsibilities
- Own and manage cloud infrastructure and production environments
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Manage application hosting, databases, caching, networking, and storage infrastructure
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes
- Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness
- Manage infrastructure security, access controls, secrets, and compliance
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs
- Troubleshoot application level issues when required
Requirements
- Experience operating production workloads in a cloud environment
- Strong understanding of containerization and deployment automation
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Experience managing relational databases in production
- Experience working with distributed systems and caching technologies
- Experience building or maintaining SaaS and multi tenant applications
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident response practices
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Self motivated, organized, and results driven mindset
