- Own database design, schema evolution, and migration practices

- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards
Requirements
- Strong backend development experience
- Strong database design and SQL skills
- Experience building production APIs and business critical systems
- Experience handling complex data models and transactional workflows
- Strong focus on correctness, reliability, and maintainability
- Accounting, fintech, tax, or compliance system experience
- Experience with multi tenant SaaS applications
- Experience working with AI assisted or document processing workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Arabic and English
- Self motivated, organized, and highly driven to succeed
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage
