Ready to make a real impact from day one? Join our New Business Implementation team as an Implementation Specialist, where you'll work within our Operations team and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement in our North America Plan Managers business. A role you will love
The Senior Implementation Specialist role will work collaboratively across departments and teams with a focus on platform configuration activities.
Some of your key responsibilities will include
- Performs plan platform configuration activities and serves as a resource to the business as a subject matter expert on platform configurations
- Conducts testing of new/changed systems
- Monitors work-order ticket requests and responds to questions from requestors in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and data needs
- Write complex SQL queries (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, CTEs, window functions)
- Identify data resources, tables, and relationships required to fulfil business requests

As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you'll bring a solid understanding of technical systems and operational procedures that support employee share plans, along with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively through on-the-job experience. Your attention to detail, evaluative judgment, and ability to resolve problems within defined policies will be key to delivering high-quality results.
