Responsibilities
- Assist the Director Safety/Quality Assurance in the establishment and implementation of job safety programs
- Supervise the program to identify and eliminate or control hazards to persons or property at each facility
- Represent the Program in all safety matters pertaining to internal and external activities
- Monitor Program safety performance and conduct facility safety inspections and audits
- Perform safety functions within the scope of the job safety program
- Perform accidents record analysis, and issue reports on a regularly scheduled basis
- Monitor the safety performance of all employees
- Conduct safety audits through review and analysis of performance of safety records and safety inspections of facilities in compliance with SHARP Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Health or Safety related field, or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Federal and state health and safety regulations and reporting procedures
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior HSE Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to assist the Director Safety/Quality Assurance in the establishment and implementation of a job safety programs. Supervises the program to identify and eliminate or control hazards to persons
What You'll Be Doing
- Performs safety functions within the scope of the job safety program and within the limits of his capability
- Performs accidents record analysis, and issues reports on a regularly scheduled basis
- Monitors the safety performance of all employees, or in respect to one or more functions of the job safety program
- May perform non safety functions; however, safety duties are given a greater priority than non safety functions
- Conducts safety audits through review and analysis of performance of safety records and safety inspections of facilities in compliance with SHARP Management
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelors in Health or Safety related field, or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Requires knowledge of Federal and state health and safety regulations and reporting procedures
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
