Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of the Project HSE department and provide technical support for effective health, safety, and environmental management.
Develop and execute workplace health and safety plans in accordance with legal guidelines.
Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities, and monitor employee and operational compliance on high-value projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Lead HSE initiatives and promote safety and environmental stewardship across the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits, identify hazards, and implement risk controls.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning.
- Develop and deliver training on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and environmental responsibilities.
- Monitor HSE metrics, track trends, and analyze performance for improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with regulators, clients, and stakeholders on HSE and compliance matters.
- Prepare HSE reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through best practices, lessons learned, and feedback.
- Provide HSE guidance to senior management, department heads, and project teams.
- Support safety awareness, incident reporting, and resolution under company and IMS policies.
