- Create and submit written audit and inspection reports
- Monitor work planning and performance to ensure conformance with ESHARP management system
- Implement occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes
- Perform trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports
- Assist with new hire orientation and perform SH&E training
- Create and maintain SH&E training records
- Participate in routine safe work briefings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
- 5+ years of related work experience in Health and Safety
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified 30 Hours OSHA construction training/license

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Inspector (Saudi National) to join the site based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah.
- The project includes iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape.
- The objective is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well being.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assists the project or program manager with administering the SH&E programs.
- Audits the project or program and its worksites against corporate standards.
- Inspects worksites to detect hazards; provides expertise to eliminate/control SH&E risks.
- Creates and submits written audit and inspection reports.
- Monitors project or program work planning and performance; verifies conformance with ESHARP.
- Implements Parsons’ occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
- Performs trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports.
- Assists with new hire orientation.
- Performs regulatory and best practice SH&E training.
- Creates and maintains SH&E training records.
- Participates in routine safe work briefings.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified 30 Hours OSHA construction training/license.
