Responsibilities
- Advise and assist project and construction management in formulation, implementation and management of project safety plans
- Inspect job sites to detect and correct safety hazards
- Supervise first aid personnel in providing care for occupationally injured or ill personnel
- Audit job accident records and prepare audit reports
- Initiate and conduct accident investigations and prepare reports
- Represent management during safety inspections by regulatory authorities or insurance carriers
- Provide comprehensive safety training to all workers
- Monitor workplace health conditions and implement health and hygiene programs
- Maintain HSE documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related engineering field
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in Health and Safety
- Certified by a recognized Safety, Health or Environmental body (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO, OSHA)
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineering membership (SCE)

Job Description
- Advises and assists Project and Construction Management in the formulation, implementation and management of project safety plans.
- Inspects the job site to detect and correct safety hazards.
- Supervises first aid personnel in providing first aid care of occupationally injured or ill personnel.
- Audits the job accident records and periodically prepares an audit report.
- Initiates and conducts accident investigations and prepares job accident reports.
- Represents management during safety inspections by regulatory authorities or company insurance carriers.
- Provides comprehensive safety training to all workers.
- Monitors workplace health conditions, implements health and hygiene programs.
- Maintains the HSE Documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related engineering field.
- A minimum of 7 years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
- Certified by a recognized Safety, Health or Environmental body (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO, OSHA).
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineering membership (SCE).
