- Manage the Human Resources department and ensure efficiency of policies, procedures, and operations
- Develop plans and organizational structures aligned with company objectives and Gulf expansion, including workforce planning, Saudization, and leave and contracts frameworks
- Prepare and administer employee contracts and job structures in compliance with applicable regulations
- Develop and implement a Scalable HR Framework aligned with company expansion plans
- Oversee HR operations in the company branches across the Gulf region
- Monitor internal HR policies and procedures to ensure governance and compliance
- Coordinate with legal and advisory teams when required to maintain regulatory alignment
- Support HR daily operations
Requirements
- 5 10 years of HR experience
- Experience in managing HR function and developing HR plans and strategy
- Knowledge of Saudi and GCC labor regulations
- Experience with workforce planning and Saudization
