Hr Operations
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of HR processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Payroll & Benefits
- Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
- Handle employee benefits administration in line with UAE labor law
- Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave records
- Ensure accurate tracking of working hours, overtime, and leave balances
Compliance & Audit (Adhics)
- Ensure compliance with **Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and Cyber Security (ADHICS)** standards
- Support preparation and handling of HR-related audits and documentation
- Maintain audit-ready HR records and ensure adherence to internal and external requirements
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and provide HR support and guidance
- Assist in handling disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics as required
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for HR records
Experience
- ADHICS Audits: 1 year (Preferred)
- Healthcare/Hospital : 5 years (Required)
