About the Role
Hamilton Healthcare is looking for a Patient Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with appointments and inquiries, and coordinate bookings.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist patients with appointments, inquiries, follow ups, and service requests
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, practitioners, and clinic procedures
- Coordinate patient bookings and maintain appointment schedules
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and support retention initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update relevant systems
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required
- Ensure a positive patient experience by delivering excellent customer service
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare facility, or medical call center is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and appointment scheduling software
- Must currently be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
