About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage Quality, Infection Control, Patient Safety, and OSH activities across the facility
- Ensure compliance with DoH, JCI, DHA, Tasneef, and other regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, inspections, and compliance monitoring
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate accreditation activities and support regulatory inspections
- Deliver staff training and awareness programs related to quality, infection control, and safety
- Monitor quality indicators, incident reports, and corrective action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality, Infection Control, or OSH within a healthcare setting
- CPHQ Certification
- UAE Drivers License
- Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage
