Requirements

- Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive stakeholder management skills

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Align the HR strategy with overarching business goals; partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or head of department capacity within the GCC/UAE region
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or senior HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 7, SHRM SCP, or SPHRi) highly preferred
- Deep, practical knowledge of current UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations
- Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic thinking with a data driven approach to HR metrics and reporting
