About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Emirati Business Development Manager to lead our market expansion efforts, establish key corporate relationships, and accelerate business growth within the UAE.
- Leveraging at least 5 years of professional sales and B2B client acquisition experience, you will act as a key liaison between our firm and leading private enterprises, semi government entities, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Strategy: Research, identify, and qualify new high value business leads and strategic partnerships in aligned sectors.
- Client Acquisition & Sales Lifecycle: Lead end to end sales processes—from high level presentations and pipeline management to RFP preparation, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Government & Corporate Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, key decision makers, and prominent local companies to unlock new business channels.
- Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activity, and changing regulatory landscapes in the UAE to continuously refine the company's value proposition.
- Client Retention: Collaborate closely with operations and account management teams to ensure flawless onboarding and long term client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: UAE National with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qayd).
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of successful business development, corporate sales, or account management experience (preferably within the Dubai / UAE market).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Languages: Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Skills: Robust negotiation abilities, strong presentation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial growth targets.
- Network: Active, existing network of corporate or semi governmental contacts in Dubai/UAE is highly advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits Package
- Monthly Base Salary: AED 25,000 (inclusive of basic, housing, and transport allowances).
- NAFIS Support: Fully aligned with the UAE's Emiratisation regulations. Eligible Emirati candidates can receive additional monthly financial support, pension assistance, and child allowances directly through the NAFIS Program.
