Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on required documents, processes, and legalities for various government transactions
- Assist clients in accurately preparing, reviewing, and organizing all necessary documentation
- Act as a primary point of contact and representative for clients with various government departments
- Manage the end to end document clearing process including submission, follow up, and collection
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the document clearing process
- Stay updated on the latest government policies, regulations, and procedural changes
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions and document submissions
- Clearly communicate government fees, service charges, and estimated timelines to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Document Clearing Consultant, PRO, or similar role in Dubai/UAE
- In depth knowledge of UAE government departments and procedures (DED, DNRD, Tasheel, Amer, MOHRE)
- Strong understanding of company formation, visa application, labor card, and trade license renewal processes
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly advantageous
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on required documents, processes, and legalities for various government transactions (e.g., company formation, visa applications, trade license renewals, PRO services, attestation, notarization).
- Document Preparation & Review: Assist clients in accurately preparing, reviewing, and organizing all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and specific authority requirements.
- Government Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact and representative for clients with various government departments, ministries, and free zones in Dubai (e.g., DED, DNRD, Tasheel, Amer, MOHRE, Dubai Courts, Embassies, Consulates).
- Process Management: Manage the end to end document clearing process, including submission, follow up, and collection of processed documents.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the document clearing process, liaising with relevant authorities to expedite resolutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest government policies, regulations, and procedural changes related to business registration, immigration, labor laws, and other relevant areas in the UAE.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions, document submissions, and processing statuses.
- Fee Management: Clearly communicate government fees, service charges, and estimated timelines to clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients through clear communication and reliable support.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Document Clearing Consultant, PRO, or in a similar role in Dubai/UAE.
- In depth knowledge of UAE government departments, procedures, and documentation requirements, particularly for DED, DNRD, Tasheel, Amer, MOHRE.
- Strong understanding of company formation, visa application, labor card, and trade license renewal processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem solver with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,000.00 per month
