The role leads the recruitment team and manages end-to-end hiring activities.
The position requires leadership of a team of 4–6 recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and monitor a team of 4–6 recruiters.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Screen CVs against approved job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Ensure recruiters follow screening and recruitment SOPs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with management and relevant departments.
- Manage candidate follow-ups from initial screening through joining.
- Monitor offer acceptance, joining status, and candidate dropouts.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track recruiter performance.
- Build candidate databases, coordinate manpower requirements, and improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Four to seven or more years of HR or recruitment experience.
- Proven experience managing a team of 4–6 recruiters.
- Strong experience in end-to-end and bulk recruitment.
- Knowledge of CV screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring coordination.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment targets and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and recruitment MIS reporting.
- Strong ownership, decision-making, and team-management skills.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
