Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operational activities for the MetaTrader 5 trading platform.
Support platform functioning, trade processing, client and account management, monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily MT5 platform operations and administrative activities.
- Create, configure, and maintain trading accounts, account groups, symbols, and account settings.
- Monitor trading activity, orders, positions, deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.
- Monitor MT5 server and platform activity and identify operational issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams and service providers to resolve platform-related issues.
- Monitor trade execution, rejected orders, execution discrepancies, and unusual trading activity.
- Perform daily trade and account reconciliation.
- Monitor spreads, swaps, commissions, trading sessions, and contract specifications.
- Maintain operational records and prepare daily MIS and trading operations reports.
- Support new client account onboarding and coordinate with Risk, Finance, Compliance, Customer Support, and Trading teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, IT, or a related field.
- One to four years of experience in MT5 operations, Forex or CFD brokerage operations, trading platforms, or financial market operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of MetaTrader 5.
- Understanding of trading accounts, orders, positions, margin, leverage, spreads, swaps, commissions, and trade execution.
- Knowledge of account groups, symbols, trading instruments, Microsoft Excel, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MT5 Manager and Administrator tools.
- Knowledge of MT5 server administration.
- Experience with brokerages, liquidity providers, bridges, or trading technology providers.
- Understanding of FIX and API integrations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM and back-office systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is listed as AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
