Requirements
- Proven HRBP experience in a product, tech company
- Solid knowledge of labor and employment law
- Ability to build engagement and retention programs in teams operating under product methodologies (OKR, Agile, stream structures)
- Comfortable engaging C level and VP stakeholders as a strategic partner
- Self directed in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus
- Experience in digital transformation or ecosystem platforms is a strong advantage

Role Overview
- We're looking for an HRBP who understands how a fast scaling product company actually works.
- We don't have traditional departments — we have stream teams across Car, Travel, Medical, and Home, with product managers, designers, data engineers, and analysts working in parallel.
- Your job is to help this structure grow without losing speed or culture.
What you'll do
- Design and implement HR policies built for a distributed product team — not off the shelf corporate templates, but processes that work in practice.
- Build performance management frameworks suited to product and tech roles: from Head of Product Design and Analytics Team Lead to Product Owner and Stream Owner.
- Advise senior leaders on workforce strategy as four verticals scale simultaneously and new partnerships are added.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar and GCC labor law, and manage employee relations across a multicultural remote environment.
