Role Overview
This senior creative role produces high-performing static advertising for fast-growing e-commerce brands.
The designer translates concise briefs and brand guidelines into attention-grabbing concepts measured by quality and performance.
The role is primarily independent with focused collaboration, feedback, and creative reviews.
Accountabilities
- Create static advertising creatives using typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and performance-focused layouts.
- Translate briefs and brand guidelines into multiple variations for e-commerce brands and categories.
- Use Photoshop for production and Figma for layouts, systems, and feedback.
- Use AI tools to ideate, explore styles, generate variations, and improve efficiency.
- Produce approximately 9–10 approved composites per day while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Iterate based on feedback and propose stronger creative directions that can improve performance.
- Maintain production-ready files and communicate timelines, blockers, priorities, and tradeoffs.
- Meet weekly targets and progress through defined 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance expectations.
