Responsibilities
- Design luxe visuals that elevate FIVE's presence
- Conceptualize and execute creative portfolios for design team briefs
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and E Commerce teams to deliver project objectives
- Create next level visuals for marketing materials including social media, online ads, and promotional materials
- Elevate key visuals with animation
- Act as brand guardian to ensure design materials adhere to brand guidelines
- Expertly retouch photographs of facilities, rooms, and dining concepts
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other stakeholders
- Meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tailor designs for advertising, social media, printing, and beyond
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or Animation preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Hospitality, Luxury, Entertainment, Lifestyle, or Agency environments
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, PPT and/or Keynote
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong eye for quality
- Strong understanding of Typography, Layout, Composition, Color Theory, and Luxury Brand Aesthetics
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering results within tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

Overview

What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or Animation is preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Hospitality, Luxury, Entertainment, Lifestyle, or Agency environments.
- Previous experience working in a Fast Paced Agency with a focus on Lifestyle, Beauty or Fashion will be Advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for quality.
- An Impressive Portfolio and/or Show Reel showcasing Next Level Design Skills.
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design, Adobe After Effects, PPT and/or Keynote.
- Proven track record of managing Multiple Projects, coordinating Diverse Stakeholders, and delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Typography, Layout, Composition, Colour Theory, and Luxury Brand Aesthetics.
- Proven ability to take Creative Projects from Concept Development through to Final Execution.
- A Meticulous approach to File Organisation, Artwork Preparation, Print Production, and Quality Control.
- Next Level Organisational and Time Management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilises Exceptional Skills to Design Luxe Visuals that Elevate FIVE's presence to New Heights.
- Conceptualises and Executes Creative and Imaginative portfolios for Design Team briefs.
- Effectively collaborates with Fellow 'FIVERs' in Public Relations, Marketing, and E Commerce.
- Creatively captures the unique Vibe and Atmosphere of the various Concepts and Events at FIVE.
- Creates Next Level Visuals for various Marketing Materials, including Social Media, Online Ads, Promotional Materials, and more.
- Elevates Key Visuals with Animation.
- Acts as the Brand Guardian to ensure design materials adhere to FIVE's Unparalleled Brand Guidelines.
- Expertly retouches photographs of FIVE's Boundary Breaking Facilities, Rooms, and Dining Concepts.
- Demonstrates Sensational Teamwork by working closely with 'FIVERs' in other departments.
- Collaborates with Copywriters, Photographers, and other Stakeholders.
- Meets project deadlines and prioritises tasks with First in Class Finesse.
- Tailors designs to suit Advertising, Social Media, Printing, and beyond.
