Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-end creative concepts and visual identities for luxury real estate projects.
• Design brochures, presentations, social content, digital advertisements, outdoor campaigns, event branding, email campaigns, and sales materials.
• Produce assets for project launches, property campaigns, and corporate branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, 3D visualization artists, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and external agencies.
• Create visual storytelling that supports the customer journey and sales objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across communication channels and marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects against tight deadlines and stay updated on design trends, luxury branding standards, and creative technologies.

AI and Creative Technology

• Hands-on experience is expected with Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Photoshop AI and Generative Fill, Runway ML, and Kling AI, Veo, or similar AI video generation platforms.
• Stable Diffusion experience is preferred.
• AI tools should be integrated into the creative process to improve efficiency, generate concepts, enhance imagery, and elevate visual content quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Five to eight years of professional graphic design experience.
• At least three years with a real estate developer, property marketing agency, or luxury real estate brand.
• Expert Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, branding, and print production skills.
• Experience producing digital and print-ready artwork.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Multi-brand or diverse group-of-companies experience is a plus.
• Luxury residential, commercial, or mixed-use development experience is preferred.
• Motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX principles, and collaboration with architectural visualization or CGI teams are preferred.
