The Marketing Manager will translate brand and campaign strategy into structured plans, budgets, and deliverables.
The role oversees vendors and agencies and serves as the operational link between strategy and execution across projects and teams.
What you will do
- Translate management direction into campaign plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Plan and oversee project launches, events, and roadshows.
- Coordinate agencies, media suppliers, and vendors while negotiating rates.
- Review quotations, purchase requests, and invoices before escalation.
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing and event materials.
- Manage the marketing budget and consolidate progress reports.
- Coordinate with departments to align materials with business needs.
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of marketing experience in real estate development.
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
