- Establish and maintain strong relationships with global partners, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure seamless execution of payment solutions
- Conduct in depth research on global payment, settlement, and forex markets, providing strategic insights for business decisions
- Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and operations teams to optimize payment and settlement solutions, enhancing customer experience
- Monitor key clients' needs, optimize cooperation models, and improve retention and transaction volume
- Identify and assess regulatory and policy risks in the industry to ensure business compliance, security, and stable development
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience, with strong networks in cross border payments, fintech, forex, gaming, or betting industries
- Deep understanding of global exchanges and the payment settlement ecosystem
- Strong negotiation and business development skills, with the ability to independently drive large scale partnership projects
- Sharp market insight, capable of responding quickly to industry changes and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Excellent cross cultural communication skills, adaptable to international business environments
- Fluent in English (working language)
- Proficiency in Chinese, Arabic, or Spanish is a plus
- Business development experience in Dubai or the Middle East preferred
- Knowledge in overseas payments, compliance, and fintech preferred
- Experience in global payment platforms, cryptocurrency settlements, or currency exchange businesses preferred

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Global Business Development Manager to expand and maintain partnerships in global exchanges, forex, gaming, and betting industries, driving the growth of our payment platform and currency settlement business.
- Based primarily in Dubai, this role will focus on global market expansion, requiring strong industry insights, business development expertise, and cross cultural communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop business opportunities in global exchanges, forex, gaming, and betting industries, securing partnerships to integrate payment and settlement solutions.
- Business Negotiation: Establish and maintain strong relationships with global partners, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure seamless execution of payment solutions.
- Industry Analysis: Conduct in depth research on global payment, settlement, and forex markets, providing strategic insights for business decisions.
- Cross Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and operations teams to optimize payment and settlement solutions, enhancing customer experience.

Qualifications
