About the Role
Masafi is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant with 10-12+ years of FMCG enterprise application experience. You will lead business process consulting, functional solution design, and project delivery for SFA, RTM, and distribution solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements
- Review and optimise end to end RTM processes
- Prepare functional requirements and solution design documents
- Configure business processes and define system enhancements
- Support integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, WMS, TMS, CRM, finance systems, etc.
- Conduct fit gap analysis and solution workshops
- Manage functional configuration, UAT, data migration, and user training
- Support go live, hypercare, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in FMCG enterprise applications
- Minimum 2 3 end to end implementations of SFA/Retail Execution/RTM solutions
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales and distribution processes
- Experience implementing one or more leading SFA/RTM platforms
- Experience integrating RTM platforms with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar ERP

Business Process Consulting
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements.

- Recommend process improvements and industry best practices.
Functional Solution Design
- Prepare functional requirements and solution design documents.
- Configure business processes and define system enhancements.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs.
Core Functional Areas
- Sales Force Automation and outlet management
- Retail execution and merchandising
- Distributor management
- Van sales and direct store delivery
- Delivery planning and route optimisation
- Trade promotion management
- Sales reporting, dashboards, and Power BI analytics
System Integration
- Support integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, WMS, TMS, CRM, finance systems, master data, and route planning platforms.
Project Delivery
- Conduct fit gap analysis and solution workshops.
- Manage functional configuration, UAT, data migration, and user training.
- Support go live, hypercare, and continuous improvement.
What makes you stand out
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in FMCG enterprise applications.
