Senior Full Stack Java Developer - React.js (133549)

We are seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer with a stronger frontend focus to build and enhance an internal sales CRM and e-commerce analytics portal that power our AI agents and AI capabilities. The role centers on creating intuitive, high-performance user experiences in ReactJS while supporting backend integrations using Python, TypeScript, Fastify, and Oracle database. The ideal candidate along with frontend will also contribute to AI-driven workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock to deliver natural language insights and intelligent decision-making.Key Responsibilities· Build responsive, high-performance ReactJS interfaces for dashboards, AI chat, and data-driven workflows.· Design intuitive, scalable applications that support business workflows and decision-making.· Develop and maintain backend systems for generative AI and agentic workflows.· Design and improve scalable data services for enterprise use.· Assess technical feasibility and provide implementation feedback.· Implement state management, data fetching, and performance optimizations for a seamless UX.· Build scalable APIs and backend services for analytics, integrations, and AI features.· Integrate AI capabilities using LangChain, LangGraph, and Amazon Bedrock for natural language queries and agent workflows.· Manage development, staging, and production environments, including configuration, monitoring, security, and deployment readiness.· Write maintainable code, document solutions, and collaborate with product, data, and business teams.Required Technical Qualifications· 6+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, AI-powered web applications.· 5+ years of object-oriented programming experience in Java, C#, or Python.· Strong frontend expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with experience designing high-performance UI and architecture.· Experience in UI/UX design and wireframing.· Experience developing backend services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks.· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.· Hands-on experience building AI applications with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, and LLM orchestration.· Experience integrating AI-driven features, including LLMs and agents, into production applications.· Strong foundation in SQL, data modeling, and Oracle database development.· Familiarity with testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.· Strong communication, collaboration, and Agile teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications· Experience with UI/UX design and wireframing tools.· Experience with prompt engineering, AI agent development, and orchestration.· Hands-on experience with AI agents, multi-agent design, MCP, and modern AI frameworks.· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and campaign automation tools.· Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
