Role overview
Serve as a senior individual contributor designing, developing, and maintaining production-ready tools and products for the Brilliant Harvest platform.
Focus on ETL pipelines, document ingestion, RAG-based AI assistants, and LLM integration in an AI-focused product environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, and maintain prototypes, products, and ETL tools for data extraction and ingestion.
- Expand and improve the document ingestion and RAG-based AI assistant with the AI Architect.
- Participate in brainstorming, design reviews, code reviews, and architecture evolution discussions.
- Analyze business requirements, prepare design and implementation recommendations, and estimate development effort.
- Review the technical feasibility of UI and UX designs.
- Collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous practice improvements.
Required qualifications
- Bring 4+ years of full stack or backend development experience with strong ETL skills.
- Use LLM tooling efficiently and have experience developing applications with an LLM API such as GPT.
- Be proficient in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Git.
- Have experience with unit and API testing, agile development, and taking ideas from conception to production.
- Have experience with LangChain and vector databases.
Additional qualifications
- Experience with Python is a bonus.
- Experience with React Native, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, CSS, or Node.js is a bonus.
- Experience with microservices architecture, Redis Cache, Docker, or Kubernetes is a bonus.
