Role Overview
The role develops scalable AI-powered applications and generative AI solutions for banking.

The engineer collaborates across teams to build secure, modular, performant, and scalable enterprise systems.
Minimum Experience
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience building scalable and secure web applications using microservices, REST APIs, and modern frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows, and cloud-native deployments on Azure or AWS.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.
- Master's degree is preferred.
Software Development Skills
- Full-stack development for AI, machine learning, and generative AI applications.
- Backend technologies include FastAPI, Flask, and Node.js.
- Frontend technologies include React.js, Angular, and Vue.js.
- REST API development and microservices architecture.
- Integration of generative AI models into enterprise platforms.
- Strong Python and JavaScript or TypeScript skills.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and agentic workflows.
Data Processing Skills
- Develop scalable data pipelines and preprocessing workflows.
- Handle large and complex datasets efficiently.
- Apply data governance and transformation best practices.
Cloud Engineering Skills
- Use Azure and AWS services for storage, compute, and serverless workloads.
- Deploy Azure OpenAI and foundation models.
- Work with cloud infrastructure such as Azure Container Registry and resource groups.

- Process large and complex datasets efficiently using scalable preprocessing workflows.
- Deploy Azure OpenAI and foundation models using Azure or AWS services.
